Riduce gli aloni gialli nei punti di più difficile penetrazione
e le bruciature bianche sulle punte. L'aspetto finale è
quello tipico del cromo satinato, ma più simile all'acciaio
inox.
Tre fasi compongono il processo: nichel lucido, nichel satinato
ed un flash di cromo trivalente.
In questo modo si abbinano i vantaggi di due elettrodepositi
di diversa struttura (lamellare e colonnare) e il flash di cromo.
Ne trae un sensibile vantaggio la resistenza alla corrosione
e la durezza superficiale del trattamento.
Anche questo trattamento garantisce i vantaggi del processo
di cromatura trivalente sia per l'ecologia del processo che
del prodotto.
A better quality: the new way to create a decorative satin
chromium process offering a higher quality standard compared
to exisiting processes due to better throwing power which helps
to avoid yellow-nickel areas on the parts being coated. It's
a homogeneous electroplating treatment which also eliminates
white burns on the edges. The surface aspect is satin and looks
like stainless steel. There are three electroplating steps:
the first is a Bright Nickel deposit, the second a Satin Nickel
deposit and finally a flash of Chromium metal produced from
a Chromium III process.

in a plating solution which is also chlorine free! Better for
