Il miglior potere di penetrazione della finitura consente di
evitare gli aloni gialli tipici della cromatura vecchio stile,
il rivestimento è ottimale sia intorno ai fori che negli
angoli più difficili (dove le basse intensità
di corrente impedivano al flash di cromo di ricoprire il substrato
di nichel). Scompaiono le "bruciature" bianche o grigie
che si manifestavano alle estremità dell'articolo trattato,
quando si doveva applicare una corrente più elevata per
aumentare la penetrazione: l'elettrodeposito è quindi
più uniforme e meglio distribuito. Infine, il pezzo trattato
è più bianco e brillante perché la ridotta
viscosità della soluzione evita macchie residue sulla
superficie. L'impatto ambientale della fase di cromatura viene
ad essere ridotto al minimo sostituendo la soluzione di cromo
esavalente con il cromo al suo stato più naturale (cromo
trivalente). La scelta degli elettroliti specifici infine è
il risultato di sperimentazioni che nulla hanno a che vedere
con l'impostazione del cromo trivalente a base di cloruri.
A better quality: this is a new decorative chromium process
which offers a higher quality than previous systems due to better
throwing power, which avoids the yellow-nickel appearance often
seen in hexavalent systems, whilst also avoiding white burns
on the edges, and also the problem often seen in hexavalent
chromium of "white wash" on the parts surface. The
surface appearance is bright white similar to existing chrome
deposits.

This means that the hexavalent chrome in the plating process
is substituted with Chromium in its natural form: Trivalent,
and there is more as well: the solution used for plating is
chlorine free! This makes it better for our workers, better
for the environment, and the best for your product.
